At Can Kına Dünyası, we prioritize customer satisfaction. These Cancellation and Return Conditions explain the basic principles regarding order cancellation, right of withdrawal, product returns, defective products, and custom-made products in distance sales.

The provisions in this document do not eliminate or restrict mandatory rights arising from current consumer legislation.

1. Order Cancellation

If the order has not yet been prepared or production has begun, the user can contact Can Kına Dünyası to request order cancellation.

If the order has been shipped, prepared, personalized, or is in the custom production process, the cancellation request will be evaluated according to the nature of the product and current legislation.

To request cancellation, it may be necessary to provide information about the order to Can Kına Dünyası.

2. Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales

In distance sales where the right of withdrawal is applicable, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, subject to the exceptions specified in the law.

In the sale of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins from the date the product is received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.

The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal from the distance sales contract before the product is delivered.

The notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be directed to Can Kına Dünyası within the legal period.

3. Notification of the Right of Withdrawal

A consumer wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal may clearly notify Can Kına Dünyası of their decision to withdraw.

Notification can be made using one of the following appropriate communication methods:

• WhatsApp
• Telephone
• Email
• Relevant contact form if provided on the website
• Other written or permanent data storage methods accepted by legislation

The notification may request the consumer's full name, order or product information, and contact information if necessary, so that the order can be identified.

4. Returning the Product

In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer must return the product to Can Kına Dünyası or the authorized address provided within the period specified in the legislation.

The product should be returned as close as possible to its original condition, including any accessories and other parts sent with the product.

The fact that the product has only been inspected in accordance with the nature of the right of withdrawal does not negate the consumer's legal rights.

If the product has been used beyond the limits of normal inspection or is damaged, the situation will be evaluated according to the current legislation.

5. Return Shipping Process

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the carrier and return method to be used may be communicated to the consumer during the order process, in the pre-information text, or after the return request.

In cases where the consumer cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs according to current legislation, no return shipping fee will be requested from the consumer.

In the case of returns of defective, incorrect, or faulty products, the consumer can exercise their rights arising from the legislation.

To ensure the correct execution of the return process, it is recommended to contact Can Kına Dünyası before sending the product.

6. Refund

If the right of withdrawal is exercised validly, payments collected from the consumer and subject to refund according to legislation will be refunded within the legal period.

Unless otherwise stipulated in the legislation, the refund will be made in accordance with the payment method used by the consumer during the payment.

Due to the processing times of the bank, card issuing institution, or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refund amount to be reflected in the consumer's account.

Delays caused by bank or payment institution processing times beyond the control of Can Kına Dünyası may be evaluated separately.

7. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal May Not Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods and services specified in the current legislation.

The following situations may be particularly important with regard to products offered by Can Kına Dünyası:

Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are specially prepared according to the consumer's request or personal needs.

Examples of such products include:

• Products with personalized names or text
• Products prepared with a custom color or design requested by the customer
• Products manufactured to custom measurements
• Decoration products specially prepared upon order
• Personalized gifts
• Products whose standard form has been modified according to customer request

The fact that a product is only available upon order does not, by itself, mean that it is a custom-made product in every case. Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies is evaluated according to the nature of the product and the relevant legislation.

Products Unsuitable for Return Due to Hygiene Reasons

Products whose packaging, tape, seal, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons are not covered by the legislation.
